Six months ago I stopped eating bread. In the past I ate bread for breakfast and for lunch.
Now I have switched to oatmeal for breakfast. At noon I eat soup at work instead of bread.
In addition, my 'new' breakfast is surprisingly delicious!
Here are the super simple ingredients:
- 40 grams oatmeal
- 20 grams of raisins
- 20 grams of whey protein
- a spoon of skim or semi-skinned milk
- Occasionally I add some fruit: banana, strawberry, blueberry's ...
